Not happy with your company. Your site didn't show anything about the free trio sample (vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate) until after after I bought one single shake to try. After I bought one, it offered me the free different shakes but then said I didn't qualify basically because I ordered a single shake, which, by the way, was over $10 after shipping fees. Obviously, if you had told me about the free pack only having to pay seven dollars and some change, I would've picked that. I sent an email, and no one has gotten back to me. Therefore, I will not be using your product. Customer service is horrible because there is none. And no one has tried to rectify the situation. It was very disappointing because I was looking forward to using your product by the case load. Your product tastes good and is something I would use, but because of poor customer service, I will not be using your product until someone gets back to me.
