Customer Service

Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house customer service department would be happy to assist you with any questions or other issues relating to your order. Please email us or call (800-832-9948) and a representative will be in touch with you within 24 hours. Remember, all questions are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed the next business day.

Shipping Locations

Our shipper, UPS & FEDEX, cannot ship to any PO Boxes or APO addresses. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted. All website orders can only be shipped within the Continental United States.

Return Policy

LABRADA NUTRITION will accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from LABRADA NUTRITION (online or phone) only when the following conditions are satisfied:

• Apparel, Accessories: To be considered for reimbursement, apparel must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached to the item.
• Supplements: To be considered for reimbursement, dietary supplements must be unopened and in the original packaging.
• Printed products (books, calendars, posters, etc.): To be considered for reimbursement, all printed products and all other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
• Other items: All other items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
  All items must be received by Labrada Nutrition within 30 days of purchase. In all cases refunds will be made ONLY to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

• Please email us at customer_service@leanbody.com to let us know that you would like to return your product.
• Please put the merchandise to be returned in the box in which it was received.
• Include the original packing slip to ensure accurate processing for the item(s) being returned.
• Write "RETURN" on the top of the packing slip and specify what items are to be returned.
• Address the box to:

• Note: Unless the product is defective you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. 

Back Orders

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there's a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event, you will receive an estimated time of availability and the choice of canceling, substituting, or reserving your order.

Delays

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours on regular business days. Upon placing your order you will receive an automatic email. If an email receipt is not received, contact Customer Service (800-832-9948) for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery.
